Our interior design team is dedicated to providing unique and creative designs to our clients. Here is the list of our detailed process of Design Project:
Consultation
Design consultation is an important starting point of any project. During our first meeting we will discuss the scope of your project in detail, your budget and your goals. This will include how you intend to use each room, your ideas for each space, your preferences, tastes, likes, style and lifestyle. We’ll set an overall budget before we begin the project. We will work with you to determine a realistic budget for your space.
Site Measure and Assessment
During on-site meeting we will take detailed measurements and photographs of all the spaces involved in your project.
Space Planning
After all the measurements have been taken we will develop floor plans for each room. Space planning is crucial to a well-designed room. Floor plans allow us to determine the scale of each space and allow us to determine what pieces will best fit into the each room.
Design Project
The next step is to create design concept and detailed drawings. This starts with selecting furniture, lights, fixtures and materials. We will design custom furniture and built-ins, select finishes and materials for flooring, walls, cabinetry and furniture. We will design all plans: furniture plan, floor finish plan, ceiling plan, lighting plan, electrics and finish plans, interior elevations.
Design project Presentation and Approval
We will present edited selections that illustrate the best options for your space. We will go through design in detail and you will be shown drawings, fabrics, photos and samples for each element of the design. You will be presented with a few options for all elements of the design. By the end we should have a complete design concept that meets your approval. If you want to see, touch, feel or sit on some of the furniture you choose, you can do it in one of our showrooms in Miami or New York.
Procurement
You will receive detailed proposal and invoices for all items including installation and delivery.
Installation & Accessorizing
This is where a design project becomes reality. We will deliver and install all built-ins, furniture, lights and fixtures. We will add a finishing touch and choose various accessories for your space. This could include art, lamps, flowers, throws, vases, candles, and other types of accessories.
Refinement List
Once the installation is complete we will compile a list of all the little things that may need attention. We will have each item addressed as quickly as possible. Once all the items on the list are addressed, the project is completed.
